1. Services Provided
We offer a variety of bookkeeping services, including general bookkeeping, payroll processing, financial reporting, tax preparation assistance, and more. The scope of services provided will be outlined in the specific service proposal or agreement.


2. Use of Contractors
In some cases, we may engage third-party contractors to assist with specific tasks or projects. These independent contractors are carefully selected based on their expertise and work to the same high standards as our internal team. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such contractors as part of the overall service we provide.


3. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Our fees for bookkeeping services will be clearly communicated to you before starting any work. Fees can be structured as either a fixed price or hourly rate, depending on the type of service.
     
  • Payment: Invoices will be issued as per the terms outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon.
     
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of services.
     

4. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your financial data. All information you provide to us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the bookkeeping services. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.


5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We rely on the data provided to prepare financial reports and assist with tax filings. Any errors or omissions in the information you supply may affect the outcome of our services.


6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that occur as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered.


7. Termination of Services
You may cancel our services at any time, provided you give 30 days notice. If you choose to end the agreement, we will finalize any ongoing work and provide you with necessary documentation. Any outstanding fees for services already rendered will be due upon termination.


8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and any updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.


9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
